Session 1 of 3
During this session, participants will build a shared understanding of facilitation as an art form and liberation as the practice of inside-out transformation. Participants will deepen their capacity to attune to self and others when facilitating groups.
Session 2 of 3
In our second session, participants will deepen their capacity to use structure in liberatory ways. Participants will be invited to reflect on their relationship to structure in their facilitation. They will practice strategies for using structure with intention and confidence.
Session 3 of 3
In our final session, participants will deepen their capacity to act with courage and insight into power in their facilitation. We will invite participants to bring their own facilitation challenges to the space and create a plan for how they will activate their learning from the series with the groups they are facilitating.
