Our Focus

Co-create adaptive systems of impact.

Rooted in a racial equity and trauma-informed lens - we view white supremacy culture and ideology as a trauma that permeates every facet of our society. We focus our work on healing and transforming the symptoms of this trauma so that we can co-create more adaptive systems of impact that center and empower our most marginalized populations. RRC is explicitly cross sector and has partnerships with non-profit, for profit and government entities. Our partnerships form in the following three ways:

Organizational Transformation

Partner with us for the long haul. Organizational transformation partnerships are multiyear and grow through multiple phases of interventions intent on shifting your institutional culture to one centered in healing and rooted in liberatory practice. These partnerships are ideal for organizations who are deeply motivated and may be just beginning their formal work around issues of diversity, equity and inclusion and/or are seeking to renew their commitment and reimagine their culture and practice.

Coaching, Consulting & Facilitation

Partner with us to get unstuck. Have you been attempting to create change in your culture and practices and have reached an impasse? Is your group facing a complex issue or decision related to your diversity, equity and inclusion work that outside facilitation could support in resolving? We are available for short term coaching, consultation and facilitation work on a case by case basis depending on need and potential impact on the communities we hold near and dear to our hearts.

Training Packages

Partner with us for transformative learning experiences for your group. We offer training series coupled with coaching to support organizations or groups with a specific learning outcome in mind. Our training packages are customized to your organizational context and designed to foster one or more of our conditions for radicle systems change.
