Real organizational transformation starts from within. Radicle Root Collective is a boutique capacity-building firm providing healing-focused facilitation, coaching, and consultation services to mission-driven organizations across the United States. Our focus is on supporting organizations to center equity through addressing power dynamics, making values-aligned decisions, and transforming their practices from the inside out.
RRC is explicitly multi-sector and has partnerships with nonprofit, mission-driven businesses and government entities.
RRC facilitators and coaches are able to take material that is emotionally charged and potentially challenging to many participants and make it "conversational." In this way it normalizes feelings which may arise from the discussions and allows us to be present in a sort of "Grace" that is typically unseen in this work. Thank you!
